Laura Shrieve Honored with Women of Professional Excellence Award During Women's Network Women of Achievement Awards Ceremony
Laura Shrieve, client services liaison at Marketing Resources & Results, Inc., was honored with one of the Women of Professional Excellence Awards at the Women's Network of Northeast Ohio Women of Achievement Awards ceremony.

Women's Network of Northeast Ohio had its annual Women of Achievement Awards at the Portage Country Club in Akron, Ohio. The awards were established to increase community awareness, understanding and appreciation of women and the doors they open for future generations.
Laura has worked producing advertising, sales promotions, marketing programs and corporate communications for over 20 years. She spent all of her professional career working in the marketing departments of major corporations or with advertising agencies. Prior to joining Marketing Resources & Results, she served 8 years as a manager in the Creative Department at Matrix Essentials, learning the rigors of the cosmetic industry, product branding and promotion. During her 3 years at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Ohio, she managed advertising and sales promotion programs to meet state-wide sales and marketing goals.
Laura has experience as a copywriter, product manager, sales promotion specialist and print production manager. She has knowledge of business-to-business, not-for-profit, corporate and educational marketing needs. She graduated from John Carroll University in Cleveland with a degree in Communications and English and completed her Masters in Business Administration at Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea. Laura currently serves on the committee for Go Red for Women for the Akron chapter of the American Heart Association.
