Latin Media Sources of Miami, Florida has agreed to purchase the assets of Spanish language insurance lead provider, Spanish Insurance, LLC also known as EspanolSeguros.com.
- (1888PressRelease) February 09, 2013 - Latin Media Sources of Miami, Florida has agreed to purchase the assets of Spanish language insurance lead provider, Spanish Insurance, LLC also known as EspanolSeguros.com.
The acquisition comes just 18 months after the launch of EspanolSeguros.com. Co-Founder and CEO Andrew Laine says, "Latin Media Sources has been a great partner since the inception of the company and this acquisition will help to strengthen their position as the country's leading Spanish language insurance lead provider. We have worked very hard over thepast eighteen months and fully expect the company to continue its growth under LMS."
Latin Media Sources plans to relaunch Espanol Seguros as Impacto Leads, Inc. in the coming weeks.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
