In this webcast Greg Davis, CEO of Catalyst, shares personal insight into programme leadership gained during 30 years of working on challenging capital markets programmes.

This webcast describes the six key 'habits' that the most successful governance groups (including steering committees, sponsors and accountable executives) have in common, looking at the role of active governance in achieving business outcomes and the combination of hard and soft skills necessary to drive programme success.
The six habits are:
