LaSalle Network Named 2018 FORTUNE Magazine ‘Best Small & Medium Companies to Work For'

More than 112,000 employee surveys were reviewed to compile this list. Ultimately, FORTUNE and Great Place to Work selected 50 small and 100 medium-sized companies based on survey scores. Fifty elements were considered while choosing the rankings of the top companies. These elements include:

-The respect with which people are treated
-The fairness of workplace decisions
-How much camaraderie there is among the team

Rankings are based on employees’ feedback and reward companies who best include all employees, no matter who they are or what they do for the organization.
