Eighty percent of LaSalle Network's management team has assumed their current roles through internal promotions, and in 2014 alone, twenty five percent of staff was promoted.

During his session, "Spot Future Management Potentials and Develop Company Leaders," Gimbel will discuss specific techniques to spot and develop future leaders, as well as how to engage and retain employees throughout the process.
