Landmark Title Expands Commercial Escrow Team
Landmark Title adds two new senior members with extensive commercial title experience to its team.

Marie Volm was hired to fill the position of vice president, senior commercial escrow officer and Desha Leonard will fill the role of national senior commercial escrow officer.
Volm built her career in the commercial title industry, with more than 25 years of experience working in the Phoenix market. She's worked for some of the Valley's largest firms including Stewart Title, Old Republic and most recently Lawyer's Title, prior to joining Landmark Title. Her expertise in commercial real estate includes "from -the-ground-up" development projects and she has closed many high-profile transactions in Arizona. Volm earned her Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Arizona State University and is a proud member of the Alumni Association.
Leonard is a 20-year veteran in the title industry, beginning as a residential escrow officer and quickly transitioning into and focusing on the commercial sector. Leonard has worked in the commercial divisions of major underwriters, including First American Title, Fidelity National Title and most recently Lawyers Title, prior to joining Landmark Title. She has extensive experience working with national clients, specializing in multi-state and multi-site transactions.
