BBB's annual Torch Award luncheon was held on May 19th at Villa Christina in Atlanta, Georgia where the 2011 Torch Award winners and first runner ups were announced. Mr. John Sours, Administer for the Governor's Office of Consumer Protection, was the keynote speaker. Twenty-nine companies of excellence competed in three categories: Marketplace Ethics, Customer Service and Community Service. Categories were based on the number of employees. Winners were chosen from a panel of three judges who are experts in the field of ethics.
