We accomplished to decrease the services' costs, being now able to provide more efficient and also more economical services for different types of large commercial or crusing vessels. Having a deep experience in Merchant sector, Lamit Company delivers TDMA and SCPC services for maritime market and offers to its clients the exact services that they need: VoIP services at terrestrial costs, calls from vessel to headquarters and vice versa for free (depending on the PBAX installed at ship owner's office), prepaid Scratch Card for crew, VPN between vessels and headquarters, automatic switchover between different satellites without any human intervention on board, remote monitoring and controlling of the antenna and service performances and many more.
Lamit Company has also launched new satellite services for private yachts, which are applicable for small vessels, cruise ships, ferry boats, fishing vessels, This new service is a prepaid package which includes hardware and 4 months service. It comes in help of our clients who own this kind of ships and business, because it allows them to use the service for only 4 months/year (these first months being included in the initial equipment price), avoiding the unnecessary costs for the rest of the year, when the customers do not use their yachts.
Furthermore, the equipment which we are using is one of the smallest and lightest, the antenna has only 60cm and its total weight is 45Kg. Due to its size, it is the first antenna which allows multi mode use with Spread Spectrum and despite its small size it continues to provide uncompromised performance and quality.
