- (1888PressRelease) December 03, 2011 - Organizers of the annual Nigeria Oil & Gas confirmed Sanusi Lamido Sanusi CON, Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria will inaugurate the Nigeria Energy Finance Seminar, now an integral part of the Nigeria Oil & Gas event. Sanusi is set to discuss opportunities and developments through finance, management and sustainability of petroleum revenues, as well as potential scenarios with or without new legislation.
Senior representatives from key Nigerian banks will examine what can banks offer to small and medium companies in terms of financing projects. Dele Kuti from Stanbic Bank and Ade Adeola, representing Standard Chartered Bank will discuss how banks support project finance of the oil and gas industry.
Dr Attahir B Yusuf of NNPC and Oando's Femi Adeyemo are set to present the energy companies' perspective and explain key investment decisions, understanding of the sector and future opportunities.
