Lake Ridge Academy Admissions Open House
Ohio college preparatory school, Lake Ridge Academy will be holding their Winter Family Open House on Sunday, January 23, 2011. This event will allow attendees to meet the members of the school's diverse community.
- (1888PressRelease) January 15, 2011 - Lake Ridge Academy is holding their Winter Family Open House on Sunday, January 23rd, 2011. The Open House provides an opportunity to meet Lake Ridge Academy's educators, administrators, students and parents.
"At Lake Ridge Academy, we deliver academic excellence," explains Carol Klimas, school President. "The bar is very high. We offer an advanced educational experience with a rigorous curriculum and wonderful learning environment."
Students at Lake Ridge Academy join a close-knit community of independent school learners representing about 1% of the United States' student population. "While private schools educate only 10% of the school-age population (and independent schools only 1%), anywhere from 20%-40% of the freshman classes of the most highly selective colleges and universities come from private schools," notes Patrick Bassett, President of the National Association of Independent Schools.
The success of our students is directly related to the multitude of learning experiences taking place on our campus. The Winter Family Open House will be held at the school on Sunday, January 23rd from 1:00 to 3:00 PM. Guided by current students and parents, attendees will have the opportunity to meet with our faculty, fine arts instructors and athletic departments to find out more about our outstanding programs.
