LAFCU e-branch Receives Extreme Makeover
LAFCU's e-Branch gets a makeover complete with a redesigned look and the addition of "FinanceWorks" and "Check Card Rewards."
- (1888PressRelease) August 12, 2011 - Los Angeles, CA -Los Angeles Federal Credit Union's (LAFCU) e-Branch recently received an "extreme makeover," including a redesigned look, the addition of "FinanceWorks" and "Check Card Rewards," and enhanced usage so that its financial management tools are easily accessible from one page. LAFCU's online 24/7 account access service, e-Branch is hosted by Intuit Inc., a California-based international software company that provides business and financial management solutions to financial institutions.
New Look
The e-Branch homepage now boasts cleaner, more streamlined pages with brighter colors, and an increased font size for the text and numbers, making viewing and usage easier.
New Features
One of e-Branch's newest additions is "FinanceWorks" powered by QuickenŽ, a free software tool that helps LAFCU members track their everyday finances using graphs and charts, giving them a complete picture of their spending habits. Their checking account transactions and categories are imported directly from the FinanceWorks Trends page. The new "Check Card Rewards" program helps members earn rebates by using their LAFCU Check (debit) Card to purchase designated merchandise and services. With this product, LAFCU users receive targeted offers to collect rewards on purchases based on how they shop.
Easier Access
Now, when LAFCU members log in, each account name, number, type and balance is visible at a glance and grouped in categories like "Deposit Accounts" and "Loans." They can pay bills without clicking to another page, and quick links make it easy to reach other services not listed on the LAFCU home page.
