LA Fashion Week Opening Night Charity Bash Hosted by Brittny Gastineau
One week, One Place, Pure Fashion October 20th - 25th Los Angeles Fashion Week will open with a charity bash on October 20, 2010 Hosted by Brittny Gastineau.
- Los Angeles-Long Beach, CA (1888PressRelease) September 28, 2010 - The evening will begin with red carpet arrivals at 8pm. Celebrities and editors will grace the carpet wearing their favorite designer and the world will take notice.
This chic cocktail party will bring together fashions top tier of Los Angeles, Beverly Hills and Hollywood as they gather to support a week of fashion in the heart of fashion. As well as the benefiting charity OneMama an organization that helps create a place for mothers to give birth in a clean safe environment. The stylish VIP lounge, will have a hosted bar provided by PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur, Hpnotiq Liqueur, Lunazul 100% Agave Tequila, Blackheart 93 Proof Spiced Rum and Evan Williams Honey Reserve Bourbon. Water bar provided by Hint the official water for LA Fashion Week. Tray passed hors d'oeuvres and DJ Shy spinning. Featured designers will have their designs displayed. The silent auction benefitting the charity will have items from around the world as well as one of a kind designs. Attendees will include buyers, editors, celebrities, stylists, designers, and the VIP of the fashion industry
Los Angeles Fashion Week will be held at the LA Production Studios. This State of the art facility is an all-in-one fashion, television, film, music and dance production center, located a half mile from LA Live in Downtown. Fashion week will begin on Oct 20th with a opening night charity bash and continue to Oct 25th with runway shows scheduled from Oct21st to 24th The last day Oct 25th will be a trade show set up for buyers and media only. Designers show schedules are posted on the web site. LAFW, will present the Spring/Summer 2011 runway collections from the most distinguished designers as well as new comers and emerging designers.
WCM is working diligently to bring fashion week back to Los Angeles. As plans solidify for runway shows this October, and then again in February, WCM hopes to continue to expand the event. WCM will feature long-established European style runway shows, brand presentations, and sponsor lounges packed with the most influential trendsetters and most powerful members in the industry. WCM is a full service event production, public relations and marketing company located in Los Angeles.
