Kyle Auteri is an Associate at Pearl Cohen’s New York office. His practice focuses on preparation and prosecution of U.S. patent applications in a variety of technologies and industries, with a particular focus on automotive and software applications. Kyle’s practice also includes defending clients in patent litigations involving software patents, and participating in FRAND licensing negotiations. After graduating from the University of San Francisco with a B.S. in Physics and Japanese Studies, Kyle attended New York Law School on a Dean’s Scholarship and graduated with Honors.
