Mr. Lindsey regularly answers colleagues bankruptcy questions on the Illinois Creditors Bar Association listserv. Additionally, he is scheduled to speak on the topic of "Getting your client's claim out of a defendant's bankruptcy" at the November 15th "Collection Issues You Don't Know About… But Should" seminar sponsored by the Commercial, Collections, Banking and Bankruptcy section of Illinois State Bar Association.
