The cuisine revolves around the Asian countries of the Maldives, Malaysia, Thailand and Sri Lanka. A predominately seafood and Asian spiced inspired menu, designed around the quality ingredients available. Effort has been made in sourcing historic Maldivian cuisine and cooking techniques enhanced with modern cooking techniques, quality produce and modern presentation. Ocean Grill dinner is about a creative expansion of the Maldivian Palette. Breakfast is a new edition to the restaurant which presents a more sophisticated and romantic way to start the day. The menu offers an array of western and Asian classic breakfast dishes. The continental part of the breakfast is innovatively served with a high tea service and Sri Lankan premium jams.
