- (1888PressRelease) August 10, 2011 - Silicon Valley, California - Global Management Consulting, IT, and BPO Services firm Trianz announced the joining of Kumar Anand as the Director of its Microsoft Practice. Anand will be responsible for strengthening and broadening the technology capabilities, upgrading the service offerings, as well as growing the Microsoft Practice within Trianz. He will also be part of the IT Services (ITS) Leadership Team within the company. Trianz offers design through implementation services for enterprise-wide applications based on Microsoft technologies as part of its IT Services.

Prior to joining Trianz, Anand was with Tech Mahindra, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. As part of their Microsoft Team he worked to develop a Business Intelligence product which is currently sold by Microsoft to various Telecom Service Providers across the globe. Anand has also worked with Microsoft, UK where he was a part of the team that developed the .Net framework 1.0 and SharePoint Server 2007.
This appointment comes in the wake of the recently unveiled Trianz service innovation "Trianz Next". With Trianz Next, Trianz aims to be a Premium Turnkey Execution Partner for large global clients, enabling the success of their strategic initiatives by leveraging Consulting, Technology and Outsourcing capabilities. The addition of Dr. AL Rao to the Trianz Board of Directors in June 2011 was also under the same initiative. Dr. Rao's focus will be on framing competitive strategies and customer-centric service models to deliver sustainable growth to the company.

His last talk was on "Cloud Computing" at the National Conference held in Bangalore. He is still actively involved with the technology and has delivered complex solutions for leading business houses across the globe.
Anand said, "My focus will be primarily on specific organization wide initiatives based on Microsoft Technologies and on giving value to clients through well established methodologies and techniques. I am all set to be a part of the journey and to execute initiatives on a turnkey basis."
