This new entity will be one of the world's largest semiconductor hardware design practices with best-in-class capabilities in Analog & Mixed Signal (AMS) design services.

Ltd., a leading analog & mixed-signal and RF semiconductor service provider, which has hereby formed a wholly owned subsidiary named Sankalp & KPIT Semiconductor Pvt. Limited. KPIT Cummins will take a strategic minority stake in the parent Sankalp Semiconductor Pvt. Ltd.
KPIT Cummins brings in strong knowhow of services business scalability, experience in driving global operations, robust process management and market relationships to the new entity, while Sankalp Semiconductor will add its leadership position as preferred AMS service provider, and its strength in developing talent to execute projects through an Offshore Development Centre (ODC) model. The new entity will be one of the world's largest Analog & Mixed Signal (AMS) design services provider, with best-in-class end-to-end SoC (Systems on Chip) design capabilities, catering to top North American, European and Japanese semiconductor companies and their captive centers in India, with primary focus on Automotive, Consumer Electronics, and Computing & Communications industries.
