  • Lousiville, KY-IN (1888PressRelease) September 11, 2015 - Kosair Charitiesฎ is proud to celebrate those that make a difference in the lives of Kentucky and Southern Indiana children with an exciting new celebration. The first Crystal Ball will be held, Saturday, September 19th beginning at 6 p.m. at the Kosair Shrine Center located at 4120 Bardstown Road.

The Crystal ball event replaces the Dreams Take Flight event and is designed to acknowledge and honor a select group of the area's most distinguished members of the medical community, as well as to spotlight and garner awareness for the amazing work of a number of exceptional Kentucky & Southern Indiana charities. You can see the list of recipients below.

"Each year it is an honor to spotlight all our partnering agencies, who work tirelessly to impact the lives of our Kosair Kids," said Kosair Charities Chairman Jerry Ward.

This year's event features glass blowing, speed painting, a diamond necklace drawing, a photo booth, a special Maker's Mark Bottle with caricature drawing and the annual Roger Fox Award & the Sam Swope Community Leadership Award ceremony and more.

The following prestigious awards will be given out at the event.
