The JetNet 5010G / 4510 / 4010 series' new design exceeds the requirements of heavy industry standards by providing wider power input range - DC10.5~60V with redundancy, excellent EMC immunity, Lighting/Surge protection and Electric Fast Transient immunity. With all these parameters, the switches can sustain higher electrical magnetic interference in such heavy duty environments, as factory floors, railways, rolling stocks, traffic control systems, etc. Moreover, to resist extreme heat and cold in environmentally unstable conditions, the JetNet 5010G / 4510 / 4010 series switches offer a heat dissipation method in addition to their -40~75oC (JN5010G-w / 4510-w / 4010-w) wide operating temperature range.
The switch's excellent level-3 and level-4 testing performances implied by the IEC 61000-6-2 and IEC 61000-6-4 EMC standards, its wide operating and power input ranges also comply with the requirements of NEMA TS2 standard for traffic control systems, and therefore ensures the switches' stable and reliable operation in traffic control applications and rolling stocks.
The superior design of all 3 switches now offer even a stronger environmental resistance for higher stability. In addition to 7 10/100Mbps Fast Ethernet ports the switches are designed with 3 Gigabit Copper/SFP (JetNet 5010G) and 3 RJ45/SFP fiber combo ports (JetNet 4510 / 4010), which makes them ideal for flexible distance installations, enabling high-port connectivity, high-speed data transfer and backbone networking.With the heavy certified design and the intelligent software features, such as MSR for network redundancy, LLDP and JetView Pro for efficient network management, Modbus TCP for easy maintenance, QoS, VLAN, IGMP Snooping…for enhanced quality and secure data transmission, the switches become best solutions for high quality data transmission in harsh conditions.
