Before joining CIS, Ms. Life was the Founder and Executive Director of Life Compliance Solutions, a healthcare consulting firm that dedicated its practice to helping life sciences clients find solutions to compliance challenges, including Aggregate Spend.

Ms. Life will continue to co-host the popular IDEAS Forum with Alanda's president, Dean Rossi. She will also lead the CIS Commercial Compliance team, which provides fully-integrated operational services and compliance expertise to provide accurate and compliant spend transparency reports and compliance declarations.

In addition, working closely with CIS' technology experts, she will help clients work through the challenging implementation of Aggregate Spend solutions that meet not only the legal requirements of such endeavors, but also the intricate technical
requirements.

Ms. Life's previous experience as in-house Commercial Compliance counsel gives her counsel a practical component.
