Kids In The Middle Receives $169,565
Agency is awarded with funds for impact study.
- St. Louis, MO-IL (1888PressRelease) June 26, 2014 - Kids In The Middle (KITM) has been awarded a Discovery Initiative grant in the amount of $169,565 from the St. Louis County Children's Service Fund (CSF) to conduct an impact study. This 18-month project will evaluate the efficacy of the agency's services and pilot changes or enhancements that will meet the mental health needs of the children served. KITM will be working with consultant, Leslie Scheuler, Ph.D., Director of Impact Evaluation at The Mission Center.
"We know that our therapists are top-notch and our unique counseling services for families in transition due to divorce are unparalleled," said KITM Chief Executive Officer Judy Berkowitz. "We are excited to be able to have an outside evaluator work with us to validate our effectiveness and assist in making a great program even better."
