He is the owner of Hopper Construction, LLC, and co-owner of Dry Fast, Inc., a water damage and mold remediation company. As a lifelong resident of Ridgeland, Paul understands the local real estate market and can help both residential buyers and sellers meet their real estate goals.
Being an experienced land specialist, he also works with buyers and sellers of: Agricultural, timber investment, trophy hunting and waterfront properties to land their dream property.
Paul attends Pinelake Church at the Reservoir campus in Brandon. Loving the outdoors, he enjoys hunting, fishing, taxidermy, tennis and water sports. Paul is energetic, caring and looks forward to hearing from friends and clients to help them meet their real estate goals.
In 1994, Melissa Ellis graduated from Mississippi College with a degree in Marketing. She has lived in Mississippi her entire life and is a 25 year resident of the metro area. Melissa has had a successful career as the Manager of CTV, The Real Estate Channel, for 15 years. Melissa owns a marketing and advertising business, Ad Savvy Marketing, which specializes in social media marketing. As a business owner, Melissa knows the importance of meeting her clients' expectations and continually strives to provide them with superior service. With her experience in real estate marketing and knowledge of the local real estate market, Melissa loves to help buyers and sellers meet their goals of home ownership.
As a property management coordinator, Melissa helps renters and real estate investors find the perfect property to meet their unique needs.
