He has been in full time real estate sales as an agent, coach, and broker/manager, for 14 years, and has been Team Leader for Keller Williams Beach Cities in Hermosa Beach, California for a little over a year.
Kevin started his real estate career in 1998 in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. He moved from a small West Texas town of 12,000, to start selling real estate full-time in the city with a total sphere of influence of less than ten people. By the end of his second full year in real estate, Kevin was selling over 100 homes a year, achieving Centurion Team at Century 21 in 2000 and becoming the Top-Producing Team in the Century 21 region.
In addition to being a top-producer, Kevin has owned and managed two real estate offices, owned his own real estate coaching company, and since 2010 has been the Team Leader and CEO for Keller Williams Beach Cities in Hermosa Beach, CA.
As a real estate trainer and professional speaker Kevin has made sales and training presentations in over 30 real estate offices, at two national conventions, and has made hundreds of speeches and presentations at churches, colleges, civic organizations, and sales organizations with audiences of up to 8,000 people.
