(1888PressRelease) June 20, 2013 - Kelly Wood has signed with Harris Management to manage her film and television career. The actress, who has played leading and featured roles in several films and stage productions, including two major motion pictures coming out this fall, is set to make her mark on Hollywood in a big way.
"I am very excited at this partnership," Wood said. "It may seem like I am just dropping into acting, but I have been working hard on my craft and will continue to do so. I love this business, love movies and television, and can't wait to do much more work."
Wood, who interestingly, is a huge fan of Audrey Hepburn, and old Hollywood, hails from San Diego so she is a Southern California girl all the way. But she is committed to being an actress and hopefully following in her idol's footsteps one day, so she has gotten used to calling L.A. her second home.
Earnest Harris, of Harris Management, who will be her manager, is thrilled to be working with the young talent. "When I first saw Kelly in a film I knew she was someone I wanted to work with," Harris said. "She has phenomenal talent and just has that presence, that way, that makes you watch her. I suspect a lot of people are going to know her face and name very very soon."
