Kelley Financial, Northwestern Mutual and the West Chester 'Wow' Factor
Northern Cincy Satellite Office of Kelley Financial Group grows personnel 5x in three years, doubles new West Chester office with relocation, expansion.
- Cincinnati, OH-KY-IN (1888PressRelease) August 10, 2010 - Jeffrey Gayonski, Managing Director of The Kelley Financial Group's northern Cincinnati office, is enjoying an active role and front-row seat to his company's surging growth strategy in Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Southeast Indiana and the Greater Dayton markets, the regional metropolis anchored by the Queen City and commonly referred to as "The Tri-State."
Three years ago, Gayonski and three teammates opened the Kelley Financial Group's Satellite Office in the West Chester region of Butler County, one of the most dynamic and fast-growing markets of the Tri-State.
Situated 20 minutes north of Cincinnati, Butler County has historically offered a pro-business palette through its network of 13 townships, seven villages and six cities such as Hamilton, Fairfield and Middletown. Over the last five years, at least $3.1 billion has been invested in new jobs and facilities, according to the Butler County Economic Development Department.
As 2009 came to a close, Gayonski and his West Chester teammates at the Kelley Financial Group, the Network Office in Greater Cincinnati for Northwestern Mutual, began gearing up for 2010 with a West Chester staff now five times bigger, at an office twice as big. Earlier that year, Managing Partner Shawn Kelley announced the Kelley Financial Group's plans to add at least 100 new Financial Representatives to its roster.
Bucking the negative-news trend?
The growth path blazing at the Kelley Financial Group with Northwestern Mutual is flat-out kicking the door down.
The West Chester office of Kelley Financial/Northwestern Mutual that started with four people, now has 14 Financial Representatives, four support personnel and four interns. Over the next four years, Gayonski plans to grow his staff to at least 30 Financial Representatives, 10-15 interns and 7-10 in administrative and support departments.
"We have reached out to the West Chester community, and what we've found is people who recognize the value of true financial professionals, at a time when their financial needs are peaking," Gayonski said. "As a financial services company with more than 140 years invested in this community, we are here to help provide financial security to individuals, families and business owners."
"Our West Chester office is staffed by the finest this company has to offer," Kelley said. "We have enjoyed every moment of doing business in Butler County, as well as our District Office in Norwood and the Satellite Office we are growing in Greater Dayton. The market has spoken: it's a good time to be a Financial Representative for The Kelley Financial Group of Northwestern Mutual."
The Kelley Financial Group's West Chester office is at 7146 Office Park Drive in Liberty Office Park, the Network Office in Norwood's Rookwood Tower.
