Kazawest Services Inc. announced today its appointment as the exclusive property management agent for a 45,000 square foot residential townhome development in the Glenwood area of Port Coquitlam, BC.

The development is comprised of strata townhome units, and is located in the Glenwood area in walking distance to multiple schools and city parks.
The property was constructed in 2006 and is within close proximity to both Lougheed Highway and Coast Meridian Road. The strata council for the development requested proposals from multiple management firms. After considering several, they chose Kazawest as the leading proponent and subsequently awarded the contract to manage the property. One of the key reasons for the selection was Kazawest's strength in planning and proactively managing maintenance for its properties under management.
