Kayyah.com Announces REOs and For Sale By Owner Search

(1888PressRelease) November 08, 2008 - Voyager announced a major upgrade to Kayyah.com -- their International Real Estate Search portal to now support For Sale By Owner (FSBO) types. Kayyah now allows home owners to access the very same international MLS listing tools used by national real estate franchises to help them market and list homes for sale. "The MLS monopoly is finally breaking up," says Bart Wilson, Chief Marketing Officer at Voyager. "Kayyah.com from day one in 2005 has been free of MLS politics. We have no problem in allowing residential and commercial listings, 1031 exchange, recreational property or bank REO's or FSBOs to be on the same server. All leads generated from Kayyah go straight to the property owners. They are never sold out the back door to the lead sharks."

FSBOs will get the Kayyah Listing Package for a one time charge of $795. This includes the photography of the home, the Kayyah Yard Sign, a Listing Light which lights up the sign at night, 50 house flyers, 30 CD-ROMs of their property, and the book: Sell It Yourself by Ralph Roberts. The listing remains on Kayyah until it sells. In addition, the FSBO is also given a list of real estate attorneys in their local area that will complete the real estate paperwork as an Attorney at Fact transaction.

FSBO's can choose creative add-on incentives to sell their home, such as FREE Gas for a year, or 50,000 American Airlines AAdvantage air miles to help sell their home faster.

The Kayyah.com FSBO marketing service will be available starting November in the following cities; Albuquerque, Charlotte NC, Dallas, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, New York City, Miami, San Diego, San Francisco, Sarasota FL. Other cities to be announced in December.
