About Kathleen O'Donnell Wyatt
Kate Wyatt is a trial attorney who handles companies’ products liability litigation, toxic tort litigation, construction defect litigation, premises litigation and business litigation in state and federal courts. Kate prides herself on representing companies that range from the Fortune 100 to small family owned companies, and devising solutions for litigation avoidance.

Jen represents manufacturers and retailers in litigation and compliance matters relating to product compliance issues. Her regulatory practice involves a variety of state and federal product safety, chemical management and related regulatory issues and encompasses compliance, enforcement and litigation. In particular, Jen routinely advises large and small companies regarding compliance with California Proposition 65. Jen also regularly advises companies on market entry analysis and strategy including Safety Data Sheets, labeling and warnings, and litigation avoidance.
