Kaliop buys Vision with Technology to become Europe's largest eZ Publish player
French-based web-technologies expert Kaliop has recently acquired Vision with Technology, a leading British provider of eZ Publish solutions, thus becoming the largest provider of dedicated eZ Publish solutions in Europe.
- (1888PressRelease) July 03, 2012 - Kaliop has fully integrated Vision with Technology and its product portfolio, R&D services, sales department and servicing functions into the Kaliop Group, renaming the company Kaliop UK.

Kaliop is a web-engineering company and award-winning integrator of eZ Publish, which is a Content Management System (CMS). The company has been designing, developing and optimising complex web architectures and applications since its inception in 2002. Kaliop Group acquired Vision with Technology, a leading provider of eZ Publish solutions in the UK, in April 2012, and has renamed it Kaliop UK.
Kaliop UK will become the group's centre of excellence for eZ Publish development in the UK, allowing the company to offer a comprehensive range of services to SMEs, large enterprises and public-sector customers within the UK.
The acquisition of Vision with Technology enhances Kaliop's field of expertise, making the group the largest dedicated eZ Publish-solutions provider in Europe.
In 2011, Kaliop unveiled its long-term strategic-development plan to become the global leader in web and mobile solutions for content distribution based on eZ Publish integration and optimisation. The group intends to pursue this goal while maintaining a fair and equitable relationship with its customers, employees, suppliers and partners.
The acquisition of Vision with Technology is the next step in Kaliop's strategy to expand at international level and extend its service offering, thereby continuing to deliver the most advanced level of expertise in digital-strategy and web-experience management.
Kaliop will incorporate Kaliop UK into its brand, image, values and processes, therefore supporting the group's overall strategic development at international level. For 2012, the Kaliop Group has set itself a sales target in excess of €4,000,000.
