IBM's Twitter Cloud Chat is a monthly discussion revolving around hot topics in the cloud computing industry. On August 11th, the discussion will focus on the need for open cloud and standards. Participants will discuss drivers for cloud standards like interoperability, hybrid cloud, security and compliance.
