- Focus stacking mode is added to help macro photographers shoot images sequence at different focus distances.
- Users of most modern Canon cameras now are able to view full frame live images on a Mac screen.
- Lens focus can be manually controlled from a Mac.
- Bulb mode is now supported to let shutter speeds slower than the maximum offered by the camera.
