K5 Learning Offers New Fundraising Program for Elementary Schools
New Program Helps Schools Raise Funds while Promoting Learning.
- (1888PressRelease) September 20, 2011 - Vancouver, BC - As school starts, so do the fundraising activities. K5 Learning today announces the availability of its fundraising program for elementary schools. Aimed at schools and parents looking for more efficient fundraising activities, K5 Learning provides a new kind of fundraising initiative that poses the possibility of up to six years of continuous revenue for their school with minimal effort required by schools, parents or kids.
"Each elementary school that joins the K5 Learning fundraising program is given a unique referral code. 20% of all subscription fees from every parent that signs onto K5 and uses that code will be donated to the school for as long as those parents continue to subscribe," comments Asa Zanatta, Chief Mom Officer, K5 Learning. "School administrators, teachers and parents are busy, and many existing fundraising programs are quite work-intensive. Our program requires very little effort by the schools or parents. Schools can earn funds while promoting learning and parents can support the school while helping their kids build reading, math and study skills through K5's programs."
Parents that sign up receive a 14-day free trial and free reading and math assessments of their children's abilities in eight sub-skills. Using the results as a starting point, K5 Learning's program allows each child to work at their individual skill levels and at their own pace through over 3,000 animated and interactive tutorials. Kids work independently and parents receive progress reports.
