Justin Milam joined Lambert & Associates this month as a New Business Development Executive for the Atlanta office space market. Justin will be working closely with Atlanta -based businesses to help them maximize the value of their commercial office space leases and reduce unnecessary occupancy costs. Lambert & Associates offers their clients many real estate services including evaluating office space efficiency, lease abstracts, cost reduction strategies, lease administration, site selection and real estate lease negotiation.
