Miami-based litigation firm has named Justin Kaplan Partner at the firm, effective January 1, 2014.

"Justin's considerable efforts as a lawyer and his significant community involvement as an ambassador for the firm have earned him this new designation," said Founding Member, Alan Kluger.
Kaplan's practice focuses on complex business disputes and real estate litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Justin gained experience litigating various disputes involving complex commercial litigation, class actions, personal injury, securities fraud and labor defense.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, Cuban American Bar Association, Florida Justice Association, Dade County Bar Association, the University of Miami Association and the University of Florida Alumni Association. Kaplan received his Bachelors of Arts, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida followed by his juris doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Miami.
Kaplan has been named Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2010 and 2013, Florida Trend Magazine's Up & Comer Legal Elite in 2012, and awarded one of the 40 Under 40 Outstanding Lawyers of Miami-Dade County by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in 2012.
