JustFoodERP Selected by Brynwood Partners VI L.P, Well Known for Working with Food Companies
Brynwood Partners, which has implemented JustFoodERP at three other food companies, has chosen JustFoodERP as the business software system for the Turners Falls, MA manufacturing facility of Lightlife Foods.
- (1888PressRelease) October 10, 2013 - ALLENTOWN, PA - JustFoodERP software and services will be implemented at the Turners Falls, MA manufacturing facility of Lightlife Foods, Inc. which produces vegetarian and vegan "meat alternative" products. Lightlife Foods was recently acquired from ConAgra Foods by Brynwood VI L.P. a private equity fund managed by Brynwood Partners. "Our selection of an ERP system for our new business was easy," says Mike Morin, CFO, Lightlife Foods, Inc., "because of successful JustFoodERP software implementations at other food companies Brynwood Partners has owned." Brynwood Partners owns Stamford, CT-based DeMet's Candy Company, where JustFoodERP has been implemented. Food companies formerly owned by Brynwood Partners - Sun Country Foods, Inc. (makers of Kretschmer wheat germ), and Richelieu Foods Inc. (private label manufacturer of pizza and sauces with facilities in four states) - have also rolled out JustFoodERP as their business software system.
Lightlife Foods, Inc.'s JustFoodERP implementation will include financials and reporting, manufacturing, inventory management, food safety, and JF Floor - the mobile enabled functionality for handheld warehouse management and quality management - as well as EDI functionality for sales and purchasing.
