Jupiter Island Realtors Fenton Lang Bruner & Associates Honored as a Finalist by Christie's International Real Estate

- (1888PressRelease) December 14, 2011 - London, U.K. - Christie's International Real Estate, the world's leading network of luxury real estate specialists, honored Jupiter Island Real Estate specialists, Fenton Lang Bruner & Associates, as finalist in the Affiliate-of-the Year awards. Jan and Jim Bruner accepted the trophy from Neil Palmer, CEO, and Jarvis Slade, Managing Director, Americas, at the 2011 Global Annual Leadership Conference in London.
"Fenton Lang Bruner & Associates has been a member of the network since 1995," says Mr. Palmer. "This company rebranded with our new name immediately last January, is a strong supporter of our conferences and events, and works closely with Christie's Florida Art Rep to help fuse real estate and art hours synergy across the state. Fenton Lang Bruner produced an elegant brochure promoting Christie's and Christie's International Real Estate synergy. Fenton Lang Bruner & Associates has experienced a dramatic increase in sales over the past year in the luxury home markets they serve in Jupiter Island and Stuart Florida.
The recipient of the small-market award was Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates, while the winner of the medium-market award was Profusion Realty of Montreal, Canada. Tops in the large-market category was Hilton & Hyland Real Estate in Beverly Hills, California. The other finalists across the three categories included Wetag Consulting Immobiliare in Locarno, Switzerland; Premier Estate Properties of Boca Raton, Florida; Long & Foster Real Estate in Chantilly, Virginia; and Harry Norman, Realtors, from Atlanta, Georgia.
Submissions were received from all corners of the international network, which is comprised of the world's top luxury real estate brokerages. The Senior Vice Presidents of Christie's International Real Estate - Kathy Coumou of Northeastern United States and Canada; Rick Moeser, who oversees the Southeast, Caribbean, Central and South America; Zack Wright, in Western North America and Western Mexico; and Joachim Wrang-Widen, who manages the EMEA region - were also charged with nominating worthy brokerages from their regions.
The Senior Vice Presidents narrow the field down to the finalists. The finalists are then sent to the company's Executive Management Committee to Decide on the order of finish. This is a group that includes Mr. Palmer; Mr. Slade; and Mitch Lewis, Managing Director, Asia Pacific.
