JPL Welcomes New Instructional Designer and Account Manager
JPL continues to grow with the hiring of two new managers to create content and service clients.
- Harrisburg-Lebanon-Carlisle, PA (1888PressRelease) April 11, 2012 - JPL recently added Nicole Miller as a learning solutions project manager/instructional designer and Alexandra Rhodes as an account manager.
In her new role as project manager/instructional designer, Miller will help organizations and businesses improve performance. She will work with client subject matter experts to define and develop innovative online and blended learning programs.
Miller most recently worked as senior instructional designer of the Science Applications International Corporation at the Philadelphia Navy Base. For three years, she developed and managed high-level training projects and courses for the United States Navy. Miller was also a senior instructional designer at PM College in Glen Mills, PA, where she improved training content and constructed rich, interactive instructor-lead courses.
A resident of Mt. Joy, Miller graduated from Shippensburg University with a bachelor of science in business administration and went on to earn her masters degree in instructional technology at Bloomsburg University.
Alexandra Rhodes is a new account manager for JPL, where she will manage client relationships, help clients build their brands, increase their sales and improve their businesses.
Rhodes has nearly three years of account management experience with Neiman Group, handling project management duties for companies including Dietz & Watson, Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board and Exelon Corporation. In her previous role, she coordinated creative teams, implemented social media strategy, and developed critical creative documents to support all campaign initiatives.
Rhodes lives in Hershey and graduated from Penn State University with a bachelors of humanities in communications.
