Josef Lang Capital Management Appoints Investment Directors To Asian Equity Team in Hong Kong

(1888PressRelease) September 25, 2014 - Based in Hong Kong, John reports to Mandy Chan, Head of Chinese Equities, and Sarah reports to Michael Chui and David Dillon - Co-Heads of Asian Equities at Josef Lang.

John Carter brings with him more than 12 years of investment experience in the Greater China equity markets. Prior to joining Josef Lang in June 2014, he was Senior Investment Manager with ING Investment Management, managing Chinese equity portfolios. He had also worked at Credit Suisse Asset Management in Sydney as Assistant Vice President in the Asian equity team since 2002. He started his investment career at Investec Asset Management in 1999 as an investment analyst, covering the technology sector in Taiwan and Korea.

Sarah Maguire has 14 years of experience investing in Asian equities, most recently as Head of Asian equities for five years at AMP Capital Investors in Sydney. Before that, she was Senior Portfolio Manager at Goldman Sachs Asset Management in New York, Singapore and Hong Kong, and Senior Investment Analyst at Bankers Trust in Sydney. She joined Josef Lang Capital Management in July 2014 and has been working in the financial industry since 1992.
