Jordan hosts international business strategy conference
The Strategic Center for Organizational Performance Improvement (SCOPI) announces launching the international strategy application conference in Amman next Wednesday, under the patronage for HE minister of Public Sector Development of Jordan Mr. Mazen Al Saket.
- (1888PressRelease) May 17, 2011 - The Strategic Center for Organizational Performance Improvement (SCOPI) announces launching the international strategy application conference in Amman next Wednesday, under the patronage for HE minister of Public Sector Development of Jordan Mr. Mazen Al Saket.
The conference, titled "Translating your Strategy into Measurable Actions", aims at introducing companies and organizations to applicable and measurable strategy building methods using proper Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
In his comment, Nidal Bitar, CEO of SCOPI said, "The conference draws its importance from its axis conformity to the current market requirements and establishment's growing needs to activate their strategies, employing its full potentials to help them develop their production capabilities and boost their competitiveness."
Bitar added, "According to research published in the Harvard Business Review, companies realize only 40-to-60 % of their strategies' potential value. The rest is lost on the way. Many organizations are spending many funds on building their strategic planning and performance management capabilities."
Bitar pointed out that the conference will witness a host of international consultants that enrich its agenda, including Jeoen De Flander, a seasoned international strategy execution expert and Dr. Rachad Baroudi, a leading international consultant in the USA, Canada, and Gulf, with more than 20 years experience in organizational development, strategic planning, and performance management.
