Andrioff to its expanding Employee Benefits practice as a shareholder in the firm's Chicago office. Andrioff joins Littler from Deloitte Tax, LLP where she was a principal and served as Midwest Regional Leader in its Compensation and Benefits group. A skillful lawyer in the area of employee benefits and executive compensation, Andrioff brings more than 20 years of experience to Littler's Employee Benefits practice and increases the firm's attorney ranks in Chicago.

    Andrioff advises regional and national corporate, tax-exempt and institutional fiduciary clients in matters relating to ERISA fiduciary responsibility and prohibited transactions; transactions involving employer securities, employee benefit plan design, administration, funding and correction; executive compensation, including severance arrangements, employment agreements, deferred compensation, equity-based arrangements, nonqualified retirement plans, and SERPS; mergers and acquisitions; and health and welfare plans and trusts. Prior to her position at Deloitte, Andrioff was a partner at Jones Day.

She is a past chair of the Committee on Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation of the ABA Business Section and former chair of the Employee Benefits Committee and the Executive Compensation Committee of the Chicago Bar Association.

    A distinguished professional, Andrioff has earned numerous accolades, including being named to Who's Who in American Law, Who's Who for American Women, Best Lawyers in America (2011), and Illinois Super Lawyers. She is also an inductee in the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel and a fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Andrioff earned her J.D. with high honors from Chicago-Kent College of Law and her B.A. from Northwestern University.
