Chicago, IL (1888PressRelease) April 25, 2014 - The Transparent Watercolor Society of America is once again holding its 38th Annual Juried Exhibition May 10 - August 10th, 2014, at the Kenosha Public Museum, Kenosha, WI. The Opening Reception will be held on May11th, from 1-4 pm, at the Museum. This is a FREE Event and is open to the Public. As part of the amazing Transparent Watercolor Exhibit, Members of the TWSA will be holding, Sunday Gallery Talks at 2:00 pm on May 18th and June 15, 2014, in the Exhibit. This exceptional exhibit offers more than just a beautiful view, it allows visitors and artists alike, the opportunity to learn more about the techniques used, guidelines followed, and the unique character of transparent watercolor, making it the purest form of water-based mediums. The entries displayed by the Transparent Watercolor Society of America, are submitted by talented artists from around the country, committed to preserving, promoting, and advancing the stature, of transparent watercolor as a major medium.

The Kenosha Public Museum serves as the perfect venue for this Annual Event. Set on the picturesque shoreline of Lake Michigan, the museum shares the scenic campus with the impressive Civil War Museum. Both of these aesthetically pleasing, beautifully designed structures, have a grand view of Lake Michigan, and are available for rental to the public for events, gatherings, and parties of all kinds.
