- Strengthened limits for aluminum migration
- New requirements for toys containing formaldehyde and diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP)
- An expanded Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) Candidate List for REACH, and
- Substances newly added to the Persistent Organic Pollutants (POP) Recast and the Classification, Labeling and Packaging (CLP) Regulations
Plus, an update will be given on toys classed as articles, which will also be required to submit SVHC notifications to the Substances of Concern In articles (SCIP) database from 2021.
