JobHintz Released Salary Data for Zynga Jobs

Asked about the areas where Zynga is hiring and the pay levels, Carla Olson, the general manager of JobHintz responds: "Most of Zynga's new requisitions are in engineering, design and game production. A typical job, entry-level Software Engineer, pays between $80,000 and $100,000 per year. This may not be a great amount of money for experienced developers, but the reality is that Zynga is hiring quite a few new college grads for whom this may be a great starting package." As Zynga puts it, the company's vacation policy is "please rest and take some days off."
The other areas where Zynga is hiring extensively are design and game production. According to JobHintz, executive producers can expect to get paid up to $142,000 in base salary and $170,000 in total compensation, whereas associate producers can expect to make up to $115,000 in base and $126,000 in total compensation. Product managers at Zynga are also well compensated. Depending on the skills and qualifications, Zynga's product managers make up to $130,000 in base and $170,000 in total compensation. "Those salary ranges are quite typical in the heated technology market in Silicon Valley," says Carla Olson. "But candidates should be aware that the competition for Zynga jobs is quite steep, since they hire only the best and the brightest. Also, make sure you show your passion for Zynga and be familiar with the games-that's just as important."
