Jim Bremer, Owner of Classic Garden Creations, Earns CCB License

(1888PressRelease) September 17, 2013 - Jim Bremer of Classic Garden Creations recently earned his Construction Contractors Board (CCB) License (#200459). With nearly 30 years of experience in landscaping, Jim opened Classic Garden Creations in 1997. He has built more than 150 water features and numerous beautiful gardens throughout the Portland area, including Lake Oswego, Hillsboro, Beaverton and Forest Grove.

In addition to the beautiful work he has been doing for more than 16 years, the CCB License will allow Jim to provide Patio Covers, Gazebos, Garden Structures, Exterior Fireplaces, Fire Pits and more.

Jim says, "Our customers will no longer have to go elsewhere for additional home improvements. They will get the same great service and workmanship they receive using us to install their landscaping can now be used for more extensive outdoor projects such as patio covers, gazebos, pergolas, exterior fireplaces, installing faux stone, cultured stone, or natural stone to the exterior.

With the landscape license Jim was somewhat limited to exterior projects with limitations on what can be built under the LCB license. With Jim's 30+ years in the landscape and construction industry, he brings additional knowledge to further improve our clients' homes, says Carol Bremer, co-owner of Classic Garden Creations. He has made extensive improvements to 3 of our own homes over the last 16 years.

In addition to the basic ability granted to the company by the new CCB license, Jim is also able to ensure that all work done on a project meets his high standards for quality, workmanship, and affordability. One major problem with construction has always been that different companies may not always know every task that another company did, which can result in repeated work or unexpected damage to a house.
