60 Attend Event Showcasing Berger's Latest Newark Office Acquisition.
- Newark, NJ (1888PressRelease) December 13, 2011 - Miles Berger, chairman and CEO of The Berger Organization, welcomed New York Jets Running Back Shonn Greene as the guest of honor during a broker open house at the 570 Broad office tower in Newark. The early December event drew more than 60 industry professionals.
The Berger Organization purchased a controlling interest in 570 Broad Street LLC, a partnership, earlier this year, and is managing and operating the property. Originally constructed in 1960, the 15-story building offers 200,000 square feet of office space with ground-floor retail. Existing tenants include State Farm Insurance, Chase Manhattan, Atlantic Federal Credit Union, PC Tech, and LycaTech. Full floors, divisible to 2,500 square feet, are currently available.
Located across from Newark's Washington Square Park, 570 Broad Street is a short distance from transit hubs Newark Penn Station and Broad Street Station, local university campuses, the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, and Prudential Center.
