JetBoarder Launches first Kids Jetboarder - THE SPRINT
In another first Australian Company Jetboarder launched THE SPRINT, The Worlds first Kids JetBoarder with much excitement at Sanctuary Cove on the Gold Coast in Australia.
- (1888PressRelease) May 20, 2011 - In another world first Australian Company JetBoarder pioneers the way in the new sport of JetBoarding. Their newest model to be previewed at Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show in Australia is a real world first.
'We have today completed final testing of the worlds first Kids JetBoarder', advises Jet Captain Chris Kanyaro. Called the 'Sprint', the focus with the kids JetBoarder was safety first and fun second, in a new experience for kids aged 12 - 16 Years old. Our SPRINT Model achieves this plus more advises Chris Kanyaro. 'We want to give kids the opportunity to enjoy the latest craze taking the world by storm', in a controlled and safe environment. 'In fact the inspiration came from some of our customers who wanted to take their kids JetBoarding.'
'Safety first is our main priority' advised Chris. There are a myriad of safety features onboard, which ensure kids can operate the JetBoarder in the safest way possible. The JetBooarder SPRINT, is a fun, safe new experience for kids to try.
The Worlds first Kids JetBoarder, Eloise from Southport was able to stand up first time.
'It is so much easier than I thought, turning is a bit tricky but that's the fun, I learn and get better like any other sport.' Zoe her bigger sister was able to turn the board a full 360 degrees with little effort, 'I want to go again'.
The Safety Features are unlike anything on any other craft in the market;
A Standard Kill Switch Lanyard with a button control as opposed to traditional key makes it easy to insert the kill switch
A Safety Lanyard is also fitted similar in concept to s surfboard leg rope.
Both are steel coil re-inforced.
GPS Tracker, which provides 'real time' tracking on Computer, Phone, Google or PDA
Geo Fence Feature, which alarms when they leave a certain perimeter
SOS Feature if they require assistance
Engine Heat Shield, plus numerous other safety features ensure that the JetRider is safe at all times.

Chris was very tight lipped about the final details advising we would have to wait till Sanctuary Cove to get the full brief, but did say the SPRINT will be smaller, lighter, less powerful, and priced accordingly. With a top speed top speed of 10 - 15 Knots, the Sprint is sure to delight any youngster keen to try 'The Ultimate Ride'.
