Javier Fernandez-Luna Joins Executive Search Firm TRANSEARCH International in Madrid
Leading international executive search firm TRANSEARCH International announces the appointment of a new partner in the Madrid office. The appointment strengthens their executive search capability in Spain.
- (1888PressRelease) June 03, 2011 - Javier Fernández-Luna recently joined TRANSEARCH International as partner in the Madrid Office.
Prior to entering executive search he developed most of his professional career in Accenture, where he started in the Arthur Andersen Legal and Tax Division. Once promoted to partner, Javier incorporated and managed Business Consulting Practices (Strategy and Change Management), first in Spain and Portugal and later in SPAILA (Spain, Portugal, Israel, Latin America and Africa).
He also served on the Spain and Portugal Country Council and the SPAILA Operations Committee. He retired from Accenture in 2006 and focused his activities on investment management and private equity.
Javier has Degrees in Law and Economics (Universidad Complutense de Madrid) and holds an MBA from IESE, Barcelona. He speaks Spanish and English.
