James Cummiskey to join Ramsey Investment Partners' Board of Directors

(1888PressRelease) August 14, 2013 - Mr Cummiskey's appointment is effective from October 7, 2013. Mr. Cummiskey's appointment expands the Board to 12 directors, 10 of whom are independent directors. Mr. Cummiskey will be a member of each of the firm's Audit, Risk, Corporate and Nominating committees.

Mr. James Cummiskey is a graduate of the University of Leeds and is qualified as a Chartered Accountant. From 1994 to 2001, Mr. Cummiskey was Group Chief Executive of a major insurance firm in London. He held various positions. He then joined Ramsey Investment Partners' 2003 as a member of the Audit and Risk Division and he subsequently became Director of Risk Assessment at Ramsey Investment Partners.
