Jaime Partners Manages Build-Out of Lucky Liu's, San Diego's Premier Chinese Restaurant Project
San Diego's leading project management company is scheduled to complete the 3,000 square-foot restaurant project in July 2013.
- San Diego, CA (1888PressRelease) June 07, 2013 - Jaime Partners, the San Diego-based leading service provider for program, project and construction management services, announced its latest restaurant project today. Jaime Partners will manage the build-out of Downtown San Diego's latest Chinese sensation, Lucky Liu's. Working alongside the prominent San Diego restaurateur, Alex Thao, Jaime Partners plans to complete the 3,000 square-foot restaurant project in July 2013.
Jaime Partners will break ground on Lucky Liu's this May 2013 and provide project, program and construction management services throughout the two-month project. As the owners' representatives, Jaime Partners will work closely with Alex Thao, the managing partner and director of operations of Rama Restaurant and OCIO Design Group, in order to bring the classic Chinese-inspired vision to life.
"We managed the build-out of Alex Thao's Rama Restaurant back in 2003, and now, 10 years later, we are not only managing his latest restaurant project, we are helping him develop the concept," says Alfredo Jaime, partner and co-founder of Jaime Partners. "Downtown San Diego is missing one very important thing; a classic Chinese restaurant that serves authentic Chinese food in a fun, social setting. Lucky Liu's will bring a little taste of Chinatown to San Diego. Nothing will fall short from perfection."
Lucky Liu's aims to fill a gap in Downtown San Diego's restaurant industry by offering classic Chinese food in a family-friendly environment. In order to appeal to people of all ages, as well as San Diego's social scene, Lucky Liu's will serve a late-night crowd and offer take-out and delivery.
Lucky Liu's will stay open until 3am and will be located at 332 J Street, Suite 102 in Downtown San Diego's Gaslamp District.
