Firm Works to Strengthen Depth of Industrial Teams in Key Markets.
- Phoenix-Mesa, AZ (1888PressRelease) July 06, 2011 - Jackie Orcutt has joined the team at Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc. in Phoenix, as an associate in the commercial real estate services firm's Industrial Group. Orcutt's focus includes tenant representation assignments and project leasing, primarily in the Sky Harbor Airport and southeast valley submarkets.
A resident of Phoenix, Orcutt is working with Cushman & Wakefield's Mills-Detmer team, which includes Bo Mills, Mark Detmer, Will Strong and Courtney Garrett. Previously, Orcutt served as a sales assistant for four years at CBRE. There, she completed more than 50 leases, 12 building sales and a land disposition involving approximately 34 acres.
"The Phoenix industrial market is fast-paced," Orcutt noted. "I love staying connected to the pulse of the market, and industrial commerce seems to spearhead these exciting changes. In one week I find myself catering to a world of local entrepreneurs living the American Dream, while also working with some of the leading developers and investors in today's market."
"As a relative industry newcomer, Jackie quickly has developed a broad knowledge base and an exceptional rapport with regional landlords and tenants," noted Jim Dieter, SIOR, who heads Cushman & Wakefield's national industrial brokerage platform. "We are working to strengthen the depth of our industrial teams in key markets nationwide - with both seasoned professionals and talented junior brokers - and she is an excellent illustration of the best and brightest of our industry's next generation."
Orcutt holds a State of Arizona broker's license, and maintains memberships in NAIOP, the Arizona Commercial Real Estate Women (AZCREW) and the Urban Land Institute Partnership Forum Committee. She is a graduate of Arizona State University and the Barrett Honors College, having earned bachelor's degrees in business economics and psychology.
Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.'s National Industrial brokerage platform provides global resources for tenant and landlord representation, disposition and acquisition services, transaction management, and industrial consulting including labor and demographic analysis. This represented a year-over-year revenue increase of 26.7 percent.
